At NextWave Audiovisual, our mission is to deliver exceptional quality and bespoke technology solutions tailored to each client’s lifestyle. Our refund policy is designed to reflect the custom nature of our services, while ensuring fairness and clarity.

Consultation Fees

All initial design and consultation fees are non-refundable. These fees cover time, expertise, and the development of a customized proposal.

Custom-Ordered Equipment

Due to the specialized nature of our work, most products are ordered specifically for each project. As such:

Installation Services

All labor and installation services are non-refundable once performed. In the event of a service-related issue, our team will work promptly to resolve any deficiencies in workmanship under the terms of your service agreement or warranty.

Change Orders & Project Cancellations

If a project is canceled or modified after commencement:

  • Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Charges for time, materials, and administrative costs incurred up to the date of cancellation will apply.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be issued minus these deductions.

Returns (If Applicable)

In rare cases where returns are approved:

  • Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • A restocking fee of 15–25% may apply, depending on manufacturer terms.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Digital Services & Programming

All software programming, system configuration, and digital services are non-refundable once delivered or implemented. We will, however, provide reasonable revisions to ensure functionality and satisfaction.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
